Configuration Tool – New Features/Enhancements

FastLink 4 Configuration Enhancements

  • An additional option has been added to the Manual Account, and Real Estate Account flows to set the currency format to the selected region. For example, if the selected region is the United States, the currency format will default to $ or USD, and no other options will be offered.
  • The maximum upload size for back or close icons has been increased to 72x72px. The best practice is uploading a square image of equal height and width. The two default user interface sizes, 14px or 24px, can also be selected.
  • The color background theme for the real estate, manual account, account summary, and account selection screens has been changed from white to the default dark color, further unifying the theme.
  • Added the “Are you sure you want to exit” popup to the Multi-Factor Authentication screen when the user tries to exit before entering the required security information.

Font Awesome 6 Migration

As an enterprise initiative, migration to Font Awesome 6 has been done. Font Awesome is a font and icon toolkit, and the latest version 6 was released in February 2022.

Compliance-related Enhancements in the Consent Flows

To align with compliance requirements, text changes and toggle options have been introduced in the consent flows, such as the grant, edit, and renew flows.

Following are the changes done on the consent page:

  • The key dates section/accordion has been removed.
  • Grant consent flow – The following changes have been made in the grant consent flow:
    Data Request

    The text content has been simplified, and the sharing period will now be displayed.

    Data Requested

    Toggles have been introduced to each applicable data point for the user to select to consent explicitly. All data points are mandatory to continue with the consent flow.

    Treatment of Your Data

    The existing accordion heading has been changed from What Happens to Your Data After We’ve Used it to Treatment of Your Data. The statement in the section has also been changed and can be customized as per the business need during the onboarding flows.

     
    Additional Uses of Your data

    Only one question will be available for the user to select or deselect. This question can be configured configure during the onboarding flow.

    Manage Your Data

    The statement/question in the section has been changed from Do you consent to share this data with us? to Do you consent to us collecting and using your data?

  • Withdraw consent flow – The following changes are done in the withdraw consent flow:
    Stop Sharing 1

    The text in the Treatment of Your Data has been changed, and the See how we delete your data section is removed.

    Successful withdraw/stop sharing

    The statement at the top of the page has been simplified to align with compliance.

  • Once-Off consent Flow – Changes similar to the grant consent flow have been done in the once-off consent flow as well.
